Eligibility for GATE Exam
- Bachelor’s degree holders in Engineering, Technology, or Architecture ( three years after (10+2))or 10+2+3(ongoing) can appear for the GATE exam.
- Masters degree holders in any branch of Science/Mathematics/Architecture/computer application and those who are in the final year of master degree also apply for the GATE exam.
- Qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UGC/AICTE, AMICE by the Institute of Civil Engineers (India) as equivalent to B.E./B.Tech.
- If you are pursuing Pharm D and you are in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year are you completed Pharm D you can eligible for the GATE exam.
- If you are an MBBS student and you are in the 5th, 6th, or 7th semester or you are completed an MBBS degree you can apply for the GATE exam.
